1) 401-409 Alberto Way – Architecture and Site Application S-15-056, Conditional Use Permit Application U-15-009, and Environmental Impact Report EIR-16-001. Requesting approval to demolish three existing office buildings and construct a new, two-story office building with below grade and at grade parking on property zoned CH. It has been determined that this matter may have a significant impact on the environment and an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). 2) 16666 Topping Way – Architecture and Site Application S-17-011. Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence and construction of a new single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 532-09-018. PROPERTY OWNER: Arthur Lin. APPLICANT: Dennis Norton Design. PROJECT PLANNER: Sean Mullin.

Information concerning the above applications is on file in the Community Development Department at 110 E. Main Street, and available for public inspection during regular public counter hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and the Town Library, 100 Villa Avenue, during regular business hours.

The staff reports to the Planning Commission will be available for public review three days prior to the meeting in the Community Development Department from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Town Clerk’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Town Library, during regular business hours; and on the Town’s website at www.losgatosca.gov.

All persons interested in said applications are encouraged to appear at the public hearing and be heard. If anyone wishes to challenge the action on the above application in court, they may be limited to raising only those issues they or anyone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. that the TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos has scheduled a public hearing meeting on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, to:

1) *14915 Shannon Road – Consider adopting a resolution to set a date for consideration of reorganization of an uninhabited area designated as Shannon Road No. 27, approximately 28.61 acres on property pre-zoned RC. APN 537-27-047. Annexation Application AN-17-001. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Elam Family Trust. PROJECT PLANNER: Jocelyn Shoopman.
