NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Los Gatos Town Council on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chamber, Civic Center, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos to consider amendments to  Article XII, Section 14.120.010- 14.120.030 of the Los Gatos Town Code to Prohibit Retail Cannabis Dispensaries, Retail Cannabis Cultivation, Retail Cannabis Processing, Commercial Cannabis Activity, Delivery of Cannabis and Cannabis Products, and Outdoor Cultivation of Cannabis in the Town of Los Gatos. A complete copy of the ordinance is available in the Clerk Department, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, California. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. If you wish to challenge the action of the Town Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town of Los Gatos Town Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.

that the TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos has scheduled a public hearing for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, to:

SUBJECT: TOWN CODE AMENDMENT
Consider amendments to The Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines regarding visibility analysis. APPLICANT: Town of Los Gatos. PROJECT PLANNER: Jocelyn Puga.

Information concerning the above application is on file in the Community Development Department at 110 E. Main Street, and available for public inspection during regular public counter hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
