The Town welcomes participation in public hearings. As a courtesy, below are current notices for upcoming land use, code amendments, and other items pending before the Town's deciding bodies.

2017 BUSINESS TAX AND LICENSING
BUSINES LICENSE RENEWALS FOR ALL BUSINESSES INCLUDING
HOME-BASED BUSINESSES

Business license taxes were due January 3, 2017. As a courtesy, reminder notices were mailed in December 2016. Per Town Code Section 14.10.075, a second 25% late penalty will be assessed on March 3, 2017 if payment is not received by March 2, 2017. For more information, call (408) 354-6835.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos has scheduled a public hearing meeting on TUESDAY, MARCH 7, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, to:

15680 Gum Tree Lane – Architecture and Site Application S-16-044. Consider an appeal of a Planning Commission decision approving a request to construct a new single-family residence on property zoned HR-2½. APN 527-09-006. PROPERTY OWNER: S+S Development, LLC. APPLICANT: Gary Kohlsaat. PROJECT PLANNER: Azhar Khan.

Information concerning the above application is on file in the Community Development Department at 110 East Main Street, and available for public inspection during regular public counter hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The staff report to the Town Council will be available for public review three days prior to the meeting in the Community Development Department and Town Clerk’s Department at 110 East Main Street; the Town Library, 100 Villa Avenue, during regular business hours; and on the Town’s website at www.losgatosca.gov.

All INTERESTED PERSONS are encouraged to appear at the Public Hearing and be heard. Requesting approval to exceed the allowable floor area ratio for an addition to an existing two-story pre-1941 single-family residence on property zoned R-1D. APN 510-42-014.
