that the TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos has scheduled a public hearing meeting on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, to:

401-409 Alberto Way – Architecture and Site Application S-15-056, Conditional Use Permit Application U-15-009, and Environmental Impact Report EIR-16-001. Consider an appeal of a Planning Commission decision denying a request to demolish three existing office buildings and construct a new, two-story office building with below grade and at grade parking on property zoned CH. It has been determined that this matter may have a significant impact on the environment and an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Tuesday, September 19, 2017, the Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an Urgency Ordinance extending for a period of ten months and fifteen days Interim Urgency Ordinance 2260 imposing a temporary moratorium prohibiting the processing and issuance of future land use development entitlements within the North 40 Specific Plan area until an update to the North 40 Specific Plan has been completed. A complete copy of Ordinance 2260 and the proposed Extension Ordinance are available in the Clerk Department, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.
