Outreach Transportation

If you are unable to drive and cannot take the bus, Outreach Transportation may be of help to you. Outreach Transportation services are available for persons who are unable to use fixed-route public transit. A deposit of $25 is required to enroll in the program and this deposit is then charged by $3.00 for each one-way ride. Transportation Grant

This program provides eight free one-way rides (or four round trips) per month to qualified senior citizens. You must be pre-qualified and registered with Outreach Transportation to participate in this service. The Case Manager can assist you with the application process. This grant is currently being underwritten by The Meadows. Please call Outreach Customer Service at (408) 436-2865 for more information.
