The Town contracts with Project Sentinel to provide Rental Dispute Resolution services, as required by the Town's Rental Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Ordinance. These services include conciliation, mediation and arbitration services for tenants and landlords in the Town of Los Gatos when conflicts arise regarding rent, housing services or proposed evictions.

The program is administered through Project Sentinel's offices at the address above. Tenants and landlords can contact the service to ask questions and get information on Los Gatos codes and dispute resolution procedures. A trained staff coordinator is available to assist in resolving disputes as quickly as possible.
